Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Greatstellar, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Delivery times are divided into two stages: processing time and shipping time.
Order Processing Time
Processing includes order confirmation, product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (up to 72 hours) after payment is successfully received.
Once processed, your order will be released for shipment from our warehouse.
Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during high-volume periods or promotional events.
Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the period from dispatch to delivery at the final destination.
United States & Canada
Standard Shipping (Secured & Insured): 2–4 weeks
Australia & New Zealand
Standard Shipping (Secured & Insured): 2–4 weeks
United Kingdom & Europe
Standard Shipping (Secured & Insured): 2–4 weeks
Other International Destinations
Standard Shipping (Secured & Insured): 2–5 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal demand.
Insured Shipping
All secured shipments include delivery protection.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient supporting documentation (such as photos or confirmation from the carrier) is submitted.
Priority Processing (If Selected)
Priority Shipping ensures your order is prioritized during internal processing.
While delivery times may remain similar to standard shipping depending on order volume, your order will be placed ahead in our daily fulfillment queue and will still include shipping protection.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items may be shipped separately due to warehouse location or inventory availability. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages on different delivery dates.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow several business days for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s system.
Delays
Shipping times may occasionally be extended due to:
-High order volumes
-Customs clearance
-Public holidays
-Weather disruptions
While delays can be frustrating, we prioritize quality control and accurate fulfillment to ensure you receive your items in excellent condition.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order (such as size, color, or shipping details), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:support@greatstellar.com
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
We encourage customers to carefully review order details before completing checkout.
